Hamilton’s Jayden Burrell Reaches 1,000-Point Milestone
On Friday, Feb. 20, Hamilton guard Jayden Burrell had a night to remember, scoring his 1,000th career point in a matchup with Golda Meir. His offensive contributions proved decisive as the Wildcats defeated the Owls 75-71, handing Golda Meir just their third loss of the season.
The milestone adds another chapter to Burrell’s growing career. The junior earned third-team and second-team all-conference honors his first two years in the MCC, respectively. With Hamilton currently sitting second in the Gold Division and one year of eligibility remaining, Burrell’s scoring acumen will be a key asset for a team with future championship aspirations.
